What will the conference cost?

The conference will cost aprox 2000-3000 SEK per person with some meals included. Travel and living arrangements not included. We hope that we will be able to offer reduced fee for students and others, but can not be specific about the different levels of fees until march 2019.

What are your specifications for the abstract?

Read the call for papers for specifications on the topics the conference will address. Your abstract have to be posted in a word-document, and uploaded to the abstract submission system. Note that the word limit is 300 words. You can choose if you want to use Swedish or English.

I/we would like to make changes in the abstract, is that possible?

In your confirmation email you´ll get a link which will make it possible for you to make changes in your abstract. Note: if you wish to make changes in your abstract, you have to upload an entire new document which will replace the last one.

How do I/we submit an abstract for a paper presentation?

Choose “Paper presentation” in the box further down in the form. Fill in the form in the abstract submission system that will open the 1st of December. You will get a confirmation email when your submission is complete.

How do I/we submit an abstract for a panel presentation?

Choose “Panel presentation” in the box further down in the form. Fill in the form in the abstract submission system that will open the 1st of December. One abstract per panel (300 words) is to be submitted. You will get a confirmation email when your submission is complete.

I/we would like to present in another form than paper/panel, how do we do that?

Choose “Other suggestion” in the box further down in the form. Specify in the field “Other suggestion”. Fill in the form in the abstract submission system that will open the 1st of December. You will get a confirmation email when your submission is complete.


We are more than one writer behind the abstract, how do we fill that in?

You have the possibility to fill in “cowriters” in the form. These names will be included in the program. The contact person will receive all the information about participation in the conference, and is supposed to make sure this information reaches the cowriters, if needed.


We are more than one presenter for the paper/panel/other form, how do we fill that in?

You have the possibility to fill in “co-presenters” in the form (same line as Cowriters). These names will be included in the program. The contact person will be receiving all the information about participation in the conference, and is supposed to make sure this information reaches the co-presenters.

Which languages are possible to use in the abstract/presentation?

Swedish or English. It is important for the conference organizers to get information on which language/languages canbe used in the presentation. That is if it is possible, even if the abstract is in Swedish, that the presentation is made in English, or the other way around. It is therefore mandatory to fill in, Swedish, English or Swedish or English in the submission form.

When will you give notice if the abstract is accepted or not?

In the middle of February 2019.
